- Incanter(Contributor): R-like data analysis with Clojure
- Mundane Clojure for Mortals: A tutorial to build a REST API with Clojure for beginners
- MS-KOS: Example implementation and playground for running Micro Services with Docker, Consul, Registrator and Prometheus
- PET: Petrological Elementary Tools for Mathematica, Collaboration with Prof. E. Dachs: Dachs (2004); Computers & Geosciences 30: 173-182
- Web Plotter: A plotting library to plot from Clojure(Script) to HTML5
- Slimto: HTML5 mobile-first application exploring ideas around how to facilitate achieving weight loss goals via social collaboration
- Volcano Report: An open source Android app, reporting weekly volcano activities based on data from the Smithsonian Institute and the USGS
