Open Source Contributions

The goto place for my open source contribution is on Github of course, but let me point out a few highlights here:

  • PVA-Parrot: Application using Polytopic Vector Analysis (PVA) to decipher mixing components in compositional, chemical data
  • Incanter(Contributor): R-like data analysis with Clojure
  • Mundane Clojure for Mortals: A tutorial to build a REST API with Clojure for beginners
  • MS-KOS: Example implementation and playground for running Micro Services with Docker, Consul, Registrator and Prometheus
  • PET: Petrological Elementary Tools for Mathematica, Collaboration with Prof. E. Dachs: Dachs (2004); Computers & Geosciences 30: 173-182
  • Web Plotter: A plotting library to plot from Clojure(Script) to HTML5
  • Slimto: HTML5 mobile-first application exploring ideas around how to facilitate achieving weight loss goals via social collaboration
  • Volcano Report: An open source Android app, reporting weekly volcano activities based on data from the Smithsonian Institute and the USGS
